Preterist

Question: Do you consider yourself a Preterist? No, Preterist believe the majority of prophecy has already been fulfilled. As I stated in the previous post, I believe in a Second-Coming, I believe Revelation 20 was not describing persecution which ended with the Jersuleum Temple, but persecution that still occurs today, and will keep occuring. My postion is similar in that we both deny that their will be a thousand year reign of peace on earth over and against the Millenialists. The reasons being that Christ would have no need to rule in such for a 1000 years in contrast to heaven, and human nature is to sinful for such an event to occur as the Postmillenaists believe.
